The Lord has placed this message in my heart:
The Balance of Powers in our Government is His Design.
If you’re scratching your head like I am today you might be saying, “What just happened in the midterms?” Both sides vying for a Blue Wave, or a Red Tsunami; and then what? Neither side can declare a big win. Now, that being said, it is certain that the gain in the Senate by the Republicans has a greater weight than the few pickups by the Democrats which gave them back the control of the House… but I digress.
To the bigger point: The results of the midterm election demonstrate God’s desire to balance powers in our government. No one side holds all the power. That is a good thing. Now, both sides of Congress must work together to get anything done. Gridlock can happen but that would not be wise for Congress or for We, the People. It would greatly displease our Heavenly Father. Can you see God in this?
Each Christian believer, whether left, right, or middle on the issues should continue to let the light of the Lord shine. Sometimes mine gets a little dim… that is why I appreciate my sisters and brothers in the faith who keep their lamps trimmed and burning, to always light the way and guide me back onto the right path. This is what our goal is, to be an encouragement to one another; we are each other’s keeper.
So what if your side, or mine didn’t have an overwhelming win? I believe we all won. God, in His infinite wisdom has demonstrated yet again, that equality and justice for all is still His ruling principles and moral law.
Emery: “Our Lord wants us to uplift, help, and pray for every soul. His ways and thinking are above ours. So, we worship Him and pray as it is our reasonable service.
Gail: “To say I was disappointed in the midterm election results would be an understatement. We worked hard, prayed, fasted, prayed again and plead for the results WE wanted. It didn’t happen. Yes, we kept the Senate, which was miraculous in itself, but we wanted it all.
Kinda sounds like a spoiled child, doesn’t it?
Maybe it’s time to hang on to Proverbs 3:5-6 and learn something from what has happened.
God doesn’t make mistakes. He doesn’t have accidents. The results we ended up with are the results God allowed to happen. God has a plan – we just don’t know it yet. Let’s learn something through this experience and come through being closer to God and what he wants for us.
Will we give up? NO! Will we lean on the Lord more and not ourselves? I hope so.”

God’s Time and America’s Future

“We were not just in a bit of trouble as a nation; the ax was already at the root and we were at the point death. Is America scheduled for destruction? Yes. Then you might ask me, “Why do you keep working so hard to save America?” One hope and absolutely only one.”
The election of Trump was a partial repentance and put us onto firmer ground because he stands for the life of the unborn babies and for much that is right. This is why the satanists and Democrats hate him with such fervor. We can still fight for our nation, but we must fight or it is all lost.
But beautiful things can still come if we will turn to God. That is the hope and that is also the sorrow of the great loss. It is not God’s will that any should perish. God wants America to turn back to Him.”
MJ Johnson: “The Lord has placed in my heart, post midterm election, that He wants us to know He Is In Control… Not the United States of America! The Lord wants us to fight for our country, yet, be Willing to accept Whatever He Wills for our future. Otherwise, we are no different from those who believe if you do not think like them, or the outcome is different from what they want, then it is not to be accepted.
Guard Your Heart
The Lord desires that we start each day with a PURE Heart.
Many believers are missing that! God has called His people to walk a fine discerning line. I believe He is listening to our prayers… and answering them. We can be assured that He hears us when we come to Him with a pure heart. We are in the midst of a battle between Good versus Evil. As Saints of God, we are called to bring unity and love to take the place of division and hate. Please join me as I fall on my knees daily before God and open my heart and confess my sins. We can be assured that He hears us when we approach Him with a pure heart.”
” And He Changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness, and light dwells with Him.”
1 Corinthians 13:4-8
4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not [b]puffed up; 5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, [c]thinks no evil; 6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8 Love never fails.
