HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!

Yes! Let’s Do it Again!!! PICC and First Christian Church Jonesboro never tire of helping out those who are less fortunate this time of the year. We have teamed up once again to provide the recipients at Jesus Place with much-needed items. When the PICC-A-CareCups for the homeless were delivered last month, Doug and Nona made us aware that there is a great need for Coats, Jackets, and SOCKS! SOCKS! SOCKS!

We understand that things are a little tight after the holidays. So, PICC has provided the other items from its funds. The other items that we are including in this package are shown on a slide below.  If it is at all possible, donate a pair of socks (tube sock / men’s one size fit most), and if you are local, please drop them off at the Church by Tuesday, January 12th. We will be eternally grateful for your gift.

We see that this effort serves two-fold, or maybe even a three-fold purpose. Those in need will be blessed with the gifts; those giving will reap the reward of being a blessing; the FCC Jonesboro group, Girls for God will cultivate such a deep understanding of the importance of doing for the poor by preparing the gift bags.
